Since its establishment in 1973, Tempstaff has been active in the areas of employee recruiting and other related personnel services consistent with company concerns to make meaningful contributions to society. With the current employment system becoming outdated, there has been an increasing trend of greater concern regarding the types and styles of work among people who are seeking flexibility in making use of their respective abilities consistent with their desires. As society faces a number of complicated changes such as the IT revolution, globalization, declining birthrates, and the graying of society, more and more companies are striving to adopt new methods to improve staff performance. Tempstaff is seeking ways to provide meaningful careers for people interested in adopting a more flexible approach in their working lives, while at the same time further improving their careers by offering appropriate support and providing consultation to companies regarding employee recruitment based on their overall business strategies. As an organization, our mission in society is to mediate between individuals seeking employment and companies looking for appropriate candidates. In other words, we are striving to eliminate the problem of employment mismatches by taking into account the wishes of both parties. Employment mismatches are addressed in order to better fulfill our own mission in society. Presently, Tempstaff is in the process of changing from a company that provides only temporary employment services to one that offers more comprehensive staffing services.
