  • Handling enquiries from overseas representatives of Japanese companies relating to network issues (English)
  • Liaising with in-house system engineers (Japanese) and feeding back to clients
  • Entering query details into system in both English and Japanese
  • Email translation (J⇔E) and telephone interpreting

Skills Required
  • Fluent English speakers (TOEIC 900+)
  • Advanced Japanese (N1)
  • Knowledge or experience of IT preferred/ candidates without IT background will also be considered on a case by case basis
Working Time


5 days/ week (includes shifts on weekends)

7.5hr/ day (includes overnight shifts)

* Overtime: 0-10 hrs/month


Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

  • Near Kudanshita station on the Toei Shinjuku line/ Iidabashi station on the JR Sobu line

2000 - 2300 yen/hr (depending on level of skills and experience)
