  • English customer service (90% email / 10% tel): customer inquiries/ delivery schedules/ returns etc
  • Japanese => English translation: product information/ shipping restrictions etc
  • Data entry: managing orders and accounts on internal company IT system

Skills Required
  • Native English speaker (main customer base in Australia and Korea so experience of these markets is especially welcome)
  • Advanced Japanese (min N1 or equivalent)
  • Strong OA skills (Word/ Excel/ Touch typing)
  • Good knowledge/ experience of Japanese business practices and manners
Working Time

09:30 - 18:30 (1hr break)
5 days/week (inc work on Saturdays/ Sunday + one other day off/week)

  • Overtime estimate: 10-20hrs/ month

Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo

  • Near Myogadani Station (Marunouchi line) and Korakuen Station (Namboku line)

1930 yen/hr

  • Aprx 308,000yen/month + overtime
