US FORTUNE Magazine `50 Most Powerful Women`
International Ranking #37: Only Japanese Ranked
Yoshiko Shinohara

Integrated HR service provider Temp Holdings Co. Ltd. (HQ: Tokyo) President Yoshiko Shinohara has been ranked #37 in the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business international category announced by the US magazine FORTUNE*. This year Ms. Shinohara was the only Japanese national selected and this is the 11th successive time she has been included since 2000.

Ms Shinohara is thrilled to be included again this year and continues to address changes in Japanese society by putting into practice Temp Holding's philosophy of: `Creating Jobs, Developing People, Contributing to Society`.

Established temp hiring company: PERSOL TEMPSTAFF CO., LTD. upon return to Japan Became President and holds same position today.
Oct 2008: PERSOL TEMPSTAFF CO., LTD. and People Staff Co., Ltd. merged to form PERSOL HOLDINGS CO., LTD. Ms. Shinohara assumed the role of President which she currently holds.
